If you’re a regular at the gym, you know that building muscles takes time, effort, and determination.  And, the muscle fibers must be broken down before they’re built up!
I’m not here to be your personal trainer at the gym.  But I can tell you that making wise choices is like building a strong muscle.  If you’re making all the choices for your teen, you’re actually keeping them from getting stronger!
Sure, there’s break down first.  Your son or daughter will make lots of mistakes.  But because of the blunders… they’ll learn to flex their skills a little better next time!
The whole process takes time, effort and determination on the part of parents.  But the end result?  A healthy… and strong… young adult!
