They discuss what Kell learned growing up on a farm, how to save money, whether or not you should take on investors to start your business, and why making anything easier for people is the key to success!

The Churchill is a 14,000-square-foot structure in downtown Phoenix created from 20 repurposed shipping containers. They are located at First and Garfield streets.
In total, there are six bars and restaurants, and four boutiques. The restaurants and bars include:
The Brill Line: A laidback spot offering regional craft brews.
Breadwinner: A restaurant from the Culinary Mafia Group that runs Evo in Scottsdale. The spot will feature lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on the weekends, with creative twists on classic sandwiches ($9-$12), as well as wraps, salads and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provecho: A Mexican eatery focusing on the flavors from central Mexico.
Foxy Fruit: A healthy-eating spot featuring açai bowls and smoothies.
Pobrecito: A cocktail bar from Barter & Shake, which runs Undertow and Counter Intuitive bars.
Freak Brothers Pizza: The popular food truck's first brick-and-mortar location.
Visitors can also do some shopping:
Sauvage: A wine shop with affordable options.
Gather: A boutique selling home and lifestyle wares.
State Forty Eight: An Arizona-centric sports apparel brand.
Cosas: A boutique carrying items made in Mexico.
