Sylvia Hepler is the owner and pres. of Launching Lives, LLC, an exec coaching company in Mechanicsburg, PA.  Her mission  to support bus owners, corp exec, & nonprofit exec staff as they solve problems, develop leadership skills, & increase balance in their lives.She offers three coaching programs  First Class Mgmt  Prog.; Change, Loss, & Grief Prog.; & Career Dev. Prog.  

 

Orig a public school teacher &  reading spec. Sylvia’s prof background includes:  extensive nonprofit management/leadership, public speaking, bus writing, & retail sales.  

 

An  active mbr  of the Harrisburg Reg C of C, West Shore C of C, Central PA Assoc of Female Exec, the Intl Coach Fed, The Coaches Exchange, the Natl, Assoc of Prof. Women, NAFE, Human Resources Prof of Central PA, Women’s Leadership Network  & Toastmasters Int.   A 2010 MS Leadership Award recipient, Sylvia believes strongly in serving her community.
