Trust is a big thing and it is something that cannot be rushed. Also, once the trust is broken, it is very hard for the trust to be fixed back.

I had a conversation with a friend of mine regarding trust and she made something clear to me. What she said triggered my mind. She asked the simple question of "how did you build the trust with me?" That question was enough to make me wonder the answer to the question. She also made it clear that to build trust, it requires time and patience.

From doing this audio, I realise that trust is not just a mere saying but it is something that needs to be building. If the foundation of trust is lot, then, everything else is lost.,
