This week on the podcast I'm joined by Katherine from Katalyst Coaching and we chat about how building trust within ourselves as women is such an important part of our personal growth. She shares how building that trust in our intuition is like any other exercise, it's something we need to keep practicing until we have the muscle built up. Until it becomes natural for us to trust it. So many women simply have learned through the world to not trust their intuition to guide them in life so having to unlearn and relearn how to do this as an adult is vital in our lives. Katherine shares why she started her podcast (My Dead Dragon) as a way to help women share their stories of transforming their own lives because they realized no one else was coming to save them or change their lives so they had to stand up for themselves.

We talk about how hard it is to navigate the process of change and just how transformative it can be, not just to your life, but to the lives of everyone around you as well.
