Why do we build up our own confidence to later psych ourselves out. 

I believe everyone in their lives will come across those moments when they feel so confidence about something then will talk themselves out of it. So we need to spend more time not talking ourselves out of the things in life we really want to do. Go for your dreams without ever giving up.
