Emma has built a successful property-flipping business in her hometown of Barnsley, South Yorkshire. After renovating her own properties in 2019 & 2020 and starting with just £20,000, Emma quickly got the property bug and decided a year later to leave her corporate career behind her to pursue creating luxury high-spec family homes in her local area.
To date, Emma has flipped 12 properties with another three in the current pipeline and has raised over £2million from angel investors. Emma's second year of trading amounted to a turnover of over £1 million with a net profit of six figures.
In December last year, Emma was crowned Young Property Investor of the Year 2023. Emma has some ambitious plans for the next few years including building a buy-to-let portfolio and starting small new build developments.
