Building your business from flow state & the difference between masculine/ feminine energy
The question I get asked the most is “how do I build my business from more flow?” "What is the right balance of masculine and feminine?" The battle for so many coaches trying to build businesses with more ease is that it feels like a constant push and pull. It feels like some days are flowy while others are so exhaustive and draining. This is something I've experienced many times but I realise it is all part of the natural cycle of flow-based business building.
The art of business building in flow is about activating your unique energy flow to get into a state of 'ease' and 'effortlessness.' It's building your business from your own perfect balance of both feminine and masculine energies. But the catch is... there is no one-size-fits all.
To put it simply, if you’ve ever felt misalignment in any way in your business, it’s probably because you’ve found yourself leaning on either too much of your ‘feminine’ or your ‘masculine.” Building from flow looks unique to every person. Your zone of genius and what lights you up will differ to the next person. It’s important you acknowledge and understand that this is your super power.
Throughout my journey, I have found that any time I’ve started to build my business from hustle and NOT flow, results tend to come longer, the work seems to feel harder and business seems to feel more exhausting.
Flow requires a level of surrender, release & self-trust and this is the hardest part. But when you master it, you are able to operate in flow state more often.. Which then creates the results you want faster and with more ease.
