I just got laid off…. What now?

Well, I just got laid off from my dream job. I am shocked, disappointed, blindsided, and sad. It was due to budget cuts like many others in the same field across the country. 

I have decided to start a podcast on my mental health journey and what I am doing to get back into the workforce. I can’t wait to start this new chapter and hope you will join me!
