I cover why that happens in skincare, hair growth, training, cleaning, learning, and every other area of life where progress comes with a dip first. Then I give you a simple framework to tell the difference between a real problem and a normal process. Not all resistance means stop. Sometimes it means stay.

This one is for the person who is two weeks in, discouraged, and ready to walk away. It will help you keep going when everything inside you says quit.

There are people out there that seem to make it their sole mission in life to try to ruin others’ days by being as hateful and rude as pssible and trying to get a rise out of everyone!
