Finally, there is a personality assessment for entrepreneurs! Every smart entrepreneur should buy this book, do the profiling and study the results. Why? Because most successful entrepreneurs don't know what makes them effective! Here is you opportunity to learn about yourself so that you can replicate your success and avoid failure. Don't leave it to chance! The world has too many one hit wonders!

Also, share your personality assessment not just with your team but also with your "caregivers". It's the spouse, mother, sibling, nanny, etc who enable you to focus on your venture that can also learn how to support you better.
