#6 national seed Mississippi State welcomes Stanford to Dudy Noble field for the first time in school history this weekend.

The Cardinal lost just one series on the season, UCLA, on their way to winning a host regional last weekend. While Stanford needed the Monday night game to finish off Fresno State, they come in ready to roll.

The Bulldogs are starting 1st rounder Ethan Small in game one and from there will figure out the pitching match-ups.
