As Jack Gates continues to find ways to survive in the brutal wasteland, he runs into someone who will end up becoming his companion in the harsh landscape. However, when Alexander Scarbek catches wind of this, he acts quick to put Gates to the test by having his men, David and Johnny set up a trap for him.
