I WAS INSURE FOR YEARS THAT BROUGHT ME TO TEARS

Bullied at a young age for being chubby and having man boobies lead me to have extreme social anxiety and insecurities.

Feeling locked inside my body and my mind and their was no way out.

Self doubt and fear of other peoples opinions of me lead me to not saying or doing the things I truly wanted to do.

I felt trapped…

I felt like I had no hope…

I felt lost and confused and I didn’t know what to do…

Until I GREW and I said SCREW that I’m going to OVERCOME this ONCE and FOR ALL!!!

I Became OBSESSED and DID everything it TOOK to BREAK myself OUT of this CAGE!!

I went All in on my GOALS and LOST 40 LBS of FAT in less than 4 months!!

BECOMING RIPPED, SHREDDED and CONFIDENT

Your PAIN. Your STRUGGLE. Your STORY. Is meant to make your STRONGER!

But only if your decide to OVERCOME your PROBLEMS and actually DO IT!

And I KNOW YOU CAN! Just like I DID!
