This episode is about people that enjoy making others miserable. AKA bullies. I talk about what a bully is, the result of being bullied, and what to do if you are being bullied / have been bullied in your past. I feel like this episode is long overdue and had to be created because people aren't always great, and it resonated with episode 11 "Everyone isn't your friend". I feel bullies have NO idea what others may be going through , nor do they care. I also feel like that's a problem within themselves‼️ The way that people treat you are a reflection of THEM. This episode coincides with me oh too well, and as a person that experienced bullying firsthand, I had A LOT to cover, so get you some wine and enjoy this episode.
