As we continue our Mental Health Series, I am excited to welcome Dr. Jeff Karst, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Medical College of Wisconsin; Pediatric Psychologist, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Karst is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a pediatric psychologist in the MACC Fund Center at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. His primary work involves helping children and their families cope with cancer, sickle cell disease, and other blood disorders. Dr. Karst also has an extensive background working with children with developmental disabilities, including three years providing in-home therapy for children with autism and five years working at the Marquette Autism Clinic. As a pediatric psychologist, Dr. Karst works with many children and families providing mental health support for bullying and peer conflict related issues.
