Has there ever been a moment where you found yourself really hitting a wall in your Sonic writing (Archie or IDW) that was just preventing you from making any progress, and how did you overcome it?

I've got a hypothetical question for you today. In IDW Sonic #29 we saw Sonic and Silver transform into their super forms at the last second and save the day. What I'm wondering is... what would have happened had Zavok been just that little bit quicker and managed to stop them?

There have been a few things you've told us that were originally intended for Archie reboot, such as the Metal Virus and Mimic. It makes me curious to know if there's anything else we've seen so far in IDW that was intended for Archie? Or even things that appeared in reboot but were originally planned for pre-reboot?

...I don’t think you’ve ever truly topped your work on Eggman during the Pre reboot days of archie... Would you agree with this observation or do you think IDW Eggman is portrayed the same as his archie counterpart? And what has informed the way you write the character in both series? Do you think you ever went to far?

It's been stated in the Sonic Comic encyclopedia that the original robotnik was the only one erased by the ultimate annihlator thanks to Snively targeting his DNA. If that's the case, then why did Sonic need to be saved by the billionth ring? We see him escape that void of nothingness and come back to life thanks to the ring.
