Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are critical components in Bridgestone’s efforts to build a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. In 2020, B~UNIDOS was introduced as a new ERG to engage Hispanic and Latinx teammates and their allies at Bridgestone.
