This breath features a very light and rapid breath through the nose. Like kapalabhati, it emphasizes the exhalation but retains a bit of active inhalation as well. Jiggly bits get jingled by jumping loose fists up and down in rhythm with the breath, and the overall effect is energizing and fizzy, like a carbonated tonic.
