It is said that if you wait beneath a particular bridge in Fairfax County, Virginia, at midnight on Halloween, you will encounter a man dressed as a rabbit.  However, this man is armed with an axe and desire to cut your throat and hang you from the bridge.  It is a mixture of urban legend and police records that suggests that he may be more real than the story.
