Today it's just me. No guest, no interview — just some things I've been sitting with that I needed to get out. I talk about burdens and what they actually do to you energetically, physically, and mentally — how they suppress your consciousness, stifle your intelligence, and keep your frequency from rising. I also get into what it feels like to exist at a high frequency versus where I am right now, which honestly is one of the hardest places I've been in a while. I share a wild experience I had in 2019 after my hysterectomy where I went through a dark awakening, heard a voice in my mind I thought was my soul, and ended up waiting at gas stations for Tom Cruise to pick me up — and what I learned from all of it. I also talk about living in a virtual reality, feeling alone in what I know to be true, and the decision that I believe is responsible for every ability and privilege I have today.
