The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was established in 2011 to oversee financial products and services offered to consumers.  In other words, unelected bureaucrats get to decide what the public good is.



But the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals struck this down on Constitutional grounds.  Find out all the details in this episode of Constitution Corner.
