For three years Massachusetts buyers had almost nothing to choose from. Then February 2026 hit. Multiple storms. One to three feet of snow each. The market that was just starting to loosen got buried along with everything else.

What came out the other side is something nobody has seen in years. Close to 7,500 single family homes on the market. Double the normal inventory. Price reductions and back on markets at their highest levels in recent memory. And a summer slowdown that is running a month late because of everything February took from us.
