Burn After Listening

  Well, things got a little weird in Hollywood, and all over the world as we went into lock down, and the podcast (much like all other life as we knew it) went on hold.  This episode was the Burn After Crew's attempt at giving people songs to help them through the tough times.  They still hold up, since feeling of isolation and loneliness are still with us...kinda like COVID.  So, hop in the time machine and enjoy the ride.

  In our second episode, we celebrate Super-Tuesday by totally ignoring politics and, instead, talk about Super-Groups.   From Cream to The Highwaymen to Audioslave, Super-Groups have evolved over the years.  But the two constants are:
 1) There's usually just as much to talk about in the making of the music as their is in the music itself when big egos combine.
2) The Burn After Crew is probably going to love it!

In our debut episode, we take on a sunbelt that we probably have no business even attempting, the music of Martin Scorsese Films.  We talk about the songs, the scenes, the artist behind the songs, the artists in front and behind the camera, and mostly we talk about how much Scorsese LOVES music!  We created a 16 song Mix CD, ready to burn.  now go get your shine box!
