This year of the snake I have been shedding, and this podcast has been taking the hit. I hate that life has been so up and down to the point this podcast has had to be on the back burner a bit in order for life to get back on track. 

This year we has summer in the south, then moved down here, found an amazing team of CF doctors, spent almost 8 months apart from my husband, transitioned and on top of it all my husband has been going through his own shadows all while building his business from the ground up again. 

To say it's been a lot is an understatement, and I hate to disappoint so many people who listen in. I feel I am doing a disservice to this podcast and to you all when I can't be consistent or professional with getting episodes out, but I have to honor my emotional wave and where I am at in life and this is all part of showing it all the good bad and the chaos.
