In this episode, I look back on 2025 and give my thoughts on having written and lived 3x goals for the last 1/3 of 2025.

Time and time again, this maxim is proven out in my life.Those chance meetings you take, the time you had that coffee, that leads to something extraordinary happening that you could never have accounted for.That's why, as part of your week, you should push yourself to meet new people and say yes to opportunities that, on face value, perhaps aren't something you would normally agree to be involved with; you never know where it may lead.

You can be having a great day then one negative thing happens and causes you to view the whole rest of the day and activities prior to as negative.

Be mindful and careful of this each and every day.

In this episode, which is longer than usual, I discuss in depth my views on the fact that the world and each one of us has become more intolerant of each other’s differing opinions than ever before. I originally was going to make this video after the Charlie Kirk assassination; however, then in my local community, the Heaton Park synagogue was attacked by nothing short of a terrorist, and so I felt it was important to air my views.We exist in echo chambers on social media and seem to be irritated by the slightest difference of opinion, rather than opening a debate and allowing ourselves to be challenged and our thoughts, opinions, and positions to be changed or at least amended with new perspectives and information.
