On this episode I sat down with Jake Sundberg, current head coach for St. Charles Community College Track and Cross Country programs. Jake and I used to run together in high school, and have stayed in contact since then. I've always been fascinated with how Jake approached coaching and invited him on the show to share his thoughts and insights with the cycling community.
