Burnout... we have all felt it at one point or another. Whether it is professionally or personally, burnout is a harsh reality of life. Did you know that there are 12 stages of burnout? Neither did we until we did some research. We found this information so important that we wanted to share it with you in this 2-part conversation.

In part 1, we discuss the first 6 stages of burnout:
7. You withdraw from social life and family as well
8. Your behavior changes which can upset your loved ones
9. Depersonalization happens, you do not feel like yourself
10. You feel empty and numb, substance abuse can occur
11. You feel depressed, lost, and completely exhausted
12. You mentally and physically collapse, with full burnout
