August/September indicates back to school season. Whether you’re physically going back to school or doing online school this year, I’m sure that you all can admit that you’ve overworked yourselves to the point where you’ve felt like your brain is fried. You feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unmotivated. Christy has been there too. In this episode, she talks about her personal experiences with burnout and the effect it has had on her health. She offers her personal advice on how to deal with burnout and hopes that it could help someone out there as well.
