Burnout is like being on a cliff with two choices.  One of continuing down the same path of repetition and a lack of self care ultimately falling off the cliff into anxiety or depression.  The other is to turn around and refresh your narrative, reinvigorate your self care, and ultimately change your perspective.  It's not a matter of if we will experience burnout, it's a matter of when.  The choice then remains yours.
