We are increasingly hearing from people that they’re feeling unable to keep up with what seems to be unrelenting demands in their life and work.  Can you relate to that?   If so, please join me and my amazing co-host Tiffanee Cook for this episode.  We talk about the critical subject of burnout.  What does it mean for your productivity as well as quality of life when you’re feeling constantly exhausted, physically, emotionally, and mentally, trapped in a state of overwhelm?
