We all have experienced burnout, without even realizing we are burnt out until we reflect back on it. It can last for weeks, even months. My first year of college was when I really experienced the heaviness of being burnt out. I developed unhealthy habits like going to bed late because my mind was still active from the day, eating one meal a day, and consuming bad things. My body was hurting a lot and losing a lot of hair... I woke up feeling drained and the day hasn't even started. Burnout comes in waves, it comes and goes. I've learned healthier ways to cope with burnout and I'll be talking about them in this episode:)
