I'm delighted to offer this interview with James Brown around his personal experience of burnout.
James is a clinical psychologist and university lecturer currently completing his PhD. He ran a busy group psychology practice in Brisbane for many years. He now lives in Toowoomba with his wife and four children.
We hear in the interview how overwork affected him both psychologically and physically, and how he made radical changes towards a way of life which has suited the whole family better.
James shares the symptoms of burnout, which I find valuable as many of us overlook these symptoms in a bid to keep on going.
I hope you find it helpful, let me know in the comments, Im always delighted to hear from you.
