We begin the episode by discussing Zen Master Hakuin and his work, the Yasenkana.  Eric then highlights a couple of the schools in Zen, specifically Soto and Rinzai.  We then put on our clinician hats and get into detail on the nature of burnout and taxation from an Eastern and Western perspective.
