Let’s talk about BURNOUT. We’ve come a long way since the stigma of that word discouraged us from admitting or even thinking that we could be suffering from it. It used to come with a lot of judgment, scrutiny & negative connotations.
But BURNOUT is more common than you may think and because of that, it has to be discussed.
In part 1 of 2, Sabrina shares her personal experience with burnout to explain what it is exactly, how it manifests physically & psychologically in the body and how you can spot the symptoms.
