The work place provides order, structure and meaning to our lives. It is a place with its own culture, its own society a place that offers the opportunity for self fulfillment and self esteem.

Effective employees are those who understand why their organization exists, what it is in business to do, and how they participate in its mission. Additionally each employee must realize the part they play in their own professional and self development in the world of work.
