Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct is what we as attorneys are governed by. What about the rules that are not technically disciplinary rules but they're rules that we have to live by when dealing with other attorneys. This is referred to as the Texas Lawyer's Creed. But then you have this other subset that deals with business ethics, and that deals with the business of law.
