I'm in conversation with Adam Day, a  entrepreneur who founded one of the first online estate agencies called Hatched, which he later sold to Connells, one of the largest residential property companies in the country.

He's now launching eXp Realty, a network of self-employed agents, in the UK and elsewhere. As with many others, the current crisis has hit business hard so, before he tells us about which book helped him to overcame his crippling fear to launch 'Hatched' - and why he's solving the problem he's taken on with eXp - I asked him, remotely of course, how the coronavirus has impacted on him.
