I want to talk about business, and how it should be looked at. In other words, what is the mindset that you should have when you're analyzing the success of your business?

There's a lot of different ways that people look at business, and there's not a right or wrong answer to this question. But I want to encourage you to look at your business, number one as a cash multiplier, and then number two, as a way to impact people in a really positive way.
