We talk with Barney the Business guy and ask him questions about how he created a highly successful career around his passions of entrepreneurship and music. 

Barney started his music distribution business, Valley Records, in the 1970's and grew it to make over $2 million in sales in 1985. His insight and expertise allowed him to continue to drive his company's astounding success, developing the products, infrastructure, and experience to eventually gain the attention of Amazon.com, becoming their exclusive music provider in the first few years of their business. In the year 1999, Valley Records, re-branded later to Valley Media, made over $900 million of revenue.

We talk with him about how the music industry has changed over his 40 years in the industry, how he was able to make lots of money fusing his interests in music and entrepreneurship, and how basic business principles helped him create a life he loves.
