On this episode Miles talks about the concept of stopping the grind while working from home and ways to do it that don't involve napping on the job. Living in the current world environment where remote work is the new normal Miles also discusses some essentials that he swears by for working from home.

Tortilla Trend Greek Salad Wrap:

1 tortilla (choose your own adventure with size and type)

2 oz honey ham

2 slices muenster cheese

2 tbsp greek dressing

3 oz romaine lettuce

Salt

Pepper

Cooking spray or butter

Cut your tortilla from the middle to the bottom leaving one side intact. Spread 1 tbsp of dressing across the entire tortilla. Add ham to left side, add cheese to the right side. Toss lettuce with other tbsp of dressing, salt, and pepper. Add on top of the cheese. Fold in a clockwise motion starting from the bottom left quadrant. Add butter or spray to a pan and panfry on both sides until cheese is melted and warmed through. Enjoy immediately. (You deserve it)

After Hours With Jack:

2 oz Jack Daniels

.5 oz grenadine

.5 lime juice

Coke to top

In a glass with ice, add jack, lime juice, and grenadine. Top with Coke and enjoy immediately.
