Take action thats the first step, you don't need to fully master something before taking action build a strategy that works for you as you test and go alone. Give yourself an outline of what needs to be done but you'll learn better as your moving and building momentum. 

Lack of action I feel comes from fear of failing and insecurities. Realise you need to embrace failure because you'll only become more wiser from it. Business is War there's always change, people coming in and out and so where there's change theres opportunity.
