After the hour we speak to Professor Steven Friedman, who is a political studies professor at the University of Johannesburg wand we will unpack an article he wrote on The Conversation titled “Business needs to change, and stop blaming others for South Africa’s ills”. For our last feature, we talk about the hours that workers need to put in versus the productivity in light of the phenomenon of countries from the West implementing 5-hour work policies and in Sweden employers putting in place 6-hour work days.
