Most of us have goals that are simply too large to accomplish alone. Sooner or later, if we are going to achieve them, we must learn to build a team. And the moment we begin building a team, we are confronted with the subject of leadership.

In actual fact, there is no leadership without teambuilding, and there is no teambuilding without leadership.

So let's spend a little time on both.

You may have been told “you can’t have everything”, but is that true?  Many have said “I want it all”, and those who say that are sometimes accused of being a little unrealistic.  What is the truth here?   You might be very surprised at the answer.

Do you have a morale problem in your business or group? Maybe you do, maybe you don’t. But I do not know many successful business owners who don’t have an interest in the MORALE of their team.

And the more you understand about morale, the better equipped you will be to handle this vital factor in your group or organization.

Attitude is an interesting subject.

It’s one of those words people throw around casually, but what does it actually mean — and how much can attitude determine success or failure?
