Comments: This week Robert catches up Joe Cobden for a great exchange. At nine years old, Joe experienced all 17 days of the 1988 Halifax Busker’s Festival and determined that he too would become a busker. Two year’s later he hit the budding Canadian festival circuit as “Little Joe.” For years he toured with the heros he first met in Halifax – before heading to theatre school and eventually dialing into a successful career in Film and Television. His memories of the street scene are still some of the happiest of his life as you will hear.
