Socialised Safety is an illusion - the fear it is based on only “protects” us from experiencing a full, evolved and juicy life.Today I want to help you understand what inner safety means, and bust through the BS myths that have you doubting if it’s safe, to be safe 

(spoiler - it is ☝( ◠‿◠ )☝!)

 

So, grab a cuppa (or whatever liquid refreshment tickles your fancy, I’m not judging…) get comfy and listen up… it is now safe, for you to feel safe.
