Just how busy are you? Very often, the answer is that we are MUCH busier than we actually are, if we looked at what is on our calendar and added up the actual minutes of physical work. We add in a lot of that feeling of being busy, by adding up the time that we spend THINKING about our tasks. There is a mental load that goes along with many things that we do. Let's talk about what it is that we can actually do to catch our brain when it tells us how busy we are.
