Hello!  I would like to introduce you to my very first episode to give a little insight of what I will be talking about and what to expect!  Sometimes it's hard to talk about the difficult stuff it just might not be everybody's cup of tea.  I am a firm believer that communication and opening up certain discussions can sometimes be uncomfortable but is very important to open up.  I want to allow this podcast to be a place where all discussions are welcome, safe and to be an outlet for the serious, the heavy, the light, the fun and humorous discussions.
