Add the physicalItemTag to Podcasting 2.0. Similar to LIT, it would have the physicalItemSplits. It should fit on a NFC/QR sticker and allow podcast clients to send boost for physical media.

It provides the following benefits:

1. Allows the cost of physical media to go down as the licensing fee is not baked in
2. Allows for listener to send value directly to artists
3. Allows artist to receive value in a secondary sale
4. Physical media is punk.
