Buyer burnout is buyers basically giving up on the process of buying a home. Because the process has become so difficult, they're frustrated because it's taking so long to get an offer accepted. It's taking longer to get anything that's reasonably what you want, so we have a lot of buyers coming to the market and leaving the market before they actually find the house because they're stressed and frustrated from the process. So, what we're going to talk about today is how do you avoid buyer burnout in today's market, and what I really want to give you is the tools to set you up to buy in this market and not get frustrated.
